Our care providers help clients enjoy what they do and be themselves. We are not about controlling our clients; the only thing we control is their safety. At CelestialCare3, we help clients mesh with their community and be more involved, and we ensure their rights are always protected. Our team works with clients personally, so first consultations take place in the comfort of their own homes. About Us
CelestialCare3 in Loveland, Ohio, specializes in providing exceptional care and assistance to people with developmental disabilities. We help with activities inside the home such as household chores and cleaning, and we also help with activities outside the home such as shopping and community outings. Our goal is supporting independence. We're available weekdays to answer questions and schedule services, and we provide services 24/7 depending on need. We serve Clermont County and the surrounding area.Carolyn Fry, our owner, has over 30 years of experience in the support services field and truly enjoys the work. Her sister's need for home support inspired her. Carolyn worked in a group home for 13 years, managed one for nine years, and provided direct care for five years. She started CelestialCare3 in 2015 to provide support to individuals living on their own, in family home settings, or in assisted living environments.
